I was born in 1978 in Slovenia. I've been an editor and journalist for Slovenia's most prominent media houses for over ten years. I started my writing career at about nineteen with the fantasy novel Kalius. My next book was Genesis, where I focused on social horrors such as pedophilia, prostitution, etc. I returned to fantasy with my third book, Bustard Mole, a fantasy comedy. My fourth book was a historical novel about World War II, next to The Eye of the Snake, the biggest project I've worked on.

In 2022, I finished my latest book, Sanctuary: Through the Waters of Lethe. Sanctuary was sold out in the Slovenian language in the first two months. Sanctuary is my most personal book, and readers responded amazingly to it.

Marca 2026 je izšel še moj osmi roman, Kam si odšel, moj svet, intimna pripoved o deklici, ki ji razpade svet, medtem ko poskuša ohraniti drobce ljubezni, spomina in resnice. Roman prepleta osebno izgubo s širšim občutjem pokrajine, ki se lomi pod težo negotovosti, in raziskuje, kako daleč smo pripravljeni iti, da bi znova našli svoje mesto med ljudmi, ki jih imamo radi.
